Our Philosophy

A whole new way of Being

We all experience trauma at some point in our lives. Our capacity to create a fulfilling life can become blocked by trauma and the resulting limited beliefs we adopt about ourselves and our world. Yet, this does not define us and the truth shines forth, at times creating inner conflict as we are innately pulled toward healing and growth.

During this process we may recommend reiki, yoga, hypnosis, mindfulness, or massage as an adjunct to your care. These somatic and energetic practices assist in shifting the vibrational state on a deep level as you learn to empower yourself and remember what you have always known.

This isn’t a linear process and it isn’t as easy as it may sound. We hit all the blocks and walls of your conditioning from past and ancestral trauma. To walk this path is to take a risk. The risk of leaving your comfort zone and trying out options you’ve only imagined but never felt were truly possible. The path of least resistance is to follow your habitual patterns and automatic responses. You can stay asleep and continue repeating the same dynamics. The lessons continue to arise until we learn them and there is no rush.

Together, we uncover the meaning, identify what you are meant to learn, and transmute the pain through the body and subconscious mind so that you can open fully in awe of your Truth. Developing your awareness, receptivity, and creativity allows for heightened intuition in as you become your own Healer.

"This being human is a guest house.
Every morning a new arrival.

A joy, a depression, a meanness,
some momentary awareness comes
as an unexpected visitor.

Welcome and entertain them all!
Even if they’re a crowd of sorrows,
who violently sweep your house
empty of its furniture,
still, treat each guest honorably.
He may be clearing you out
for some new delight.

The dark thought, the shame, the malice,
meet them at the door laughing,
and invite them in.

Be grateful for whoever comes,
because each has been sent
as a guide from beyond.”
